YOUTH SOCCER VOLUNTEER | FALL 2025
​
This Fall, we have a variety of youth soccer programs that will run on fields in the South End and Roxbury. We are always looking for volunteers to assist our staff with programming - no experience necessary.
ADAPTIVE VOLUNTEER COACH ​
​
Adaptive Coaches support athletes with disabilities by creating fun, inclusive spaces on the field. Volunteers are needed during the fall, winter, and spring seasons to serve as one-on-one buddies in our TOPSoccer program or as Unified Coaches. Coaches build meaningful connections and ensure every participant can succeed.
GRASSROOTS/RECREATIONAL VOLUNTEER COACH ​
​
Grassroots and Recreational Coaches lead a team of young players through one weekday practice and Saturday games. Volunteers are needed during the fall, winter, and spring seasons and can coach with friends or meet new ones along the way. Coaches share their love of the game while teaching skills and teamwork.
BOSTON UNITY CUP VOLUNTEER

Boston Unity Cup Volunteers bring Boston’s largest community soccer tournament to life. Volunteers assist with field setup, registration, hospitality, and cheering on teams from across the city. This is a month-long, one-time opportunity to experience the power of soccer in bringing cultures together.
EVENT SUPPORT (Fundraising Events, Watch Parties, Etc...)

Event Support Volunteers help make our fundraising events and community gatherings a success. Volunteers welcome guests, assist with logistics, and create a fun, inclusive atmosphere at events like the Unity Ball gala, Swings for Unity golf tournament, and community watch parties. These roles are flexible and social.
COMMITTEE MEMBER (Sportmanship, Scholarship, Advisory Council, Etc...)

Committee Members use their skills and expertise to strengthen our programs off the field. Volunteers help shape initiatives, recognize player achievements, and advise on community engagement. Committees offer a meaningful way to make a strategic impact year-round.
