Summer GOALS Program Site Manager

Soccer Unity Project is seeking a passionate and qualified individual to join our GOALS Program as a Site Coordinator/Head Coach in partnership with Massachusetts Youth Soccer. The Soccer Unity Project GOALS Program provides children in the City of Boston with easy, low-barrier access to organized youth soccer. Through this initiative, we aim to create inclusive, supportive environments where players can develop skills, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of the game. The Site Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high-quality soccer experiences, mentoring coaches and young players, while expanding access to the sport in communities that need it most. Summer Sr Coach (Ages 19-24)

We’re looking for passionate young adults, ages 19–24, who are excited to grow as coaches, mentors, and leaders while creating meaningful soccer experiences for youth in our community. This is more than a summer job. Senior Coaches will receive paid training, weekly professional development, and hands-on experience leading clinics, mentoring and managing younger coaches, and building inclusive spaces where every player feels seen, safe, and inspired. This is a great opportunity for recent grads, current college students, and young adults interested in soccer, youth sports, and community impact.

Summer HS Jr Coach (Ages 14-18) 

This is an entry point into coaching and leadership for high school aged youth who want to give back to their community. This is more than just a summer job, this is a leadership development opportunity for youth and young adults who are passionate about soccer and excited to grow as coaches, mentors, and leaders. This program includes two weeks of paid training before coaches get on the field, as well as weekly professional development sessions throughout the summer designed to develop coaching, communication, community building and leadership skills that last well beyond August.​​
