Development Manager
The Development Manager helps build the relationships and resources that make Soccer Unity Project’s work possible — stewarding donors, supporting fundraising campaigns and events, and strengthening the systems that fuel our growth. This role connects people to purpose and helps ensure our programs remain free, high-quality, and accessible to all youth. It’s ideal for someone who loves relationship-building, storytelling, and turning community support into lasting impact.

Coach & Player Technical Development Manager (Part-Time)
The Coach & Player Technical Development Manager leads SUP’s coaching culture,
technical direction, and player development pathways for Travel Team programs. This
role collaborates with SUP leadership to shape strategic vision and planning for
hands-on mentorship, ensuring that all SUP programs deliver consistent,
high-quality, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive experiences. This role
ensures consistent coaching standards, age-appropriate development, and a
positive, team-centered environment that supports both individual growth and collective team success.

Head Coach – Youth Soccer Travel Team
Soccer Unity Project is seeking experienced, mission-driven Head Coaches to lead our Travel Teams, competing in the BAYS and BSL Leagues. This role combines on-field coaching excellence with off-field leadership, organization, and communication. Head Coaches are responsible for leading player and team development for children aged between 9 - 14, creating a fun, engaging, and inclusive team culture, and mentoring assistant and junior coaches. This position also includes Team Manager responsibilities, such as overseeing communication with families and supporting team operations. Head Coaches work collaboratively with the coaching staff and report to the Director of Programs and Coach & Player Technical Development Manager. Head Coaches serve as positive role models for players, families, and fellow coaches, embodying Soccer Unity Project’s values both on and off the field.

Assistant Coach – Youth Soccer Travel Team
Soccer Unity Project is seeking enthusiastic, mission-driven Assistant Coaches to support our Travel Teams competing in the BAYS and BSL leagues. Assistant Coaches work closely with the Head Coach to support player development for youth ages 9-14, contribute to a fun, engaging and inclusive team culture, and gain hands-on coaching experience in a supportive, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for coaches looking to grow their skills, deepen their impact, and work within an equity-driven youth sports organization that prioritizes technical soccer development, confidence-building, teamwork, and positive character development. Assistant Coaches serve as positive role models for players, families, and fellow coaches, embodying Soccer Unity Project’s values both on and off the field.
